 Jenick P. Espadero, Leyte Normal University (LNU) graduate, landed on sixth place in the recent Licensure Examination for Social Workers (LESW).

                Along with Espadero are 18 other passers namely: Florence Marie Antiqueza, Geevel Lorraine L. Bacordo, Dolly Ann B. Baldonido, Lineth D. Bateo, Cheryl Lyn E. Cagara, Cleo Lovenelle A. Cairo, Janet M. Caunte, Abigail T. Cumpio, Liza L. Doinog, Airish S. Doller, Liza Y. Estabillo, Jardine Alyssa P. Estil, Ivy Mariel N. Gallego, Ruthgay A. Gonzales, Sofia Aurora C. Jimenez, Evelyn Mae C. Maceda, Perlene Nina P. Pariscal and Sheena T. Robenta. Because of the performance of the aforementioned board passers, LNU garnered a 95% passing rate and bested other top national schools by taking second place.

City College of Manila, Lourdes College, Asian Social Institute and Palawan State University tailed behind LNU and settled on 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th and 6^th rank, respectively.

                The Professional regulation Commission (PRC), announced a 53. 98% passing rate nationwide.
