 Dr. Cleofe Lajara assumed office on April 1, 2009 as the new dean of Student Affairs while Dr. Conchita Avestruz, the previous dean of Student Affairs, took over the College of Management and Entrepreneurship (CME) deanship.

                As the new dean of Student Affairs, Lajara expected challenges concerning various matters in office.

                Lajara, also the Unit Chair of AB Communication (ABCOM) Unit, said that proper time management, right attitude and positive outlook ensure that responsibilities will be taken care of efficiently.

                As the interview concluded, Lajara left a brief message for the LNU student body: “Let’s be partners.”
