The normal schools were Cebu Normal University, Leyte Normal University, and Philippine Normal University from where Education as a course is the most attributed in the standard of teaching.

Dr. Cruzada also said that by January to February 2010, there is a series of trainings on instructional materials, technology-driven materials, seminars, book writing, and teacher education programs that will be conducted.

The building serves as an effective scope for LET reviews, student teaching, and any other activities that in the same way around, domain the attainable extent of excellence especially in Education.
