The College Of Education (COE) offers programs designed to produce teachers who possess:

  • General and specialized knowlegeable, skills, expertise, and advanced studies in education and allied courses;
  • Strong commitment to the attainment of personal, professional, and ethical attributes of an educator;
  • Full understanding in the application of varied instructional processes, methodologies, and in the production of learning support materials in contextualize and localized settings;
  • The ability to produce innovations and other alternative delivery modes to improve instruction and learning; and
  • The skill and capability to undertake research the finding.
  • To produce world class educators and education leaders imbued with ideals, aspirations, values, and traditions of the Philippine life that can adopt to the challenges of the world.
The Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd), Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd), and Teacher Certificate Program (TCP) programs aim to produce teachers who are:
  • Effective promoters and facilitors of learning, equipped with updated pedagogical and procedural knowledge and skills in the development of independent learners.
  • Advocates of Filipino culture, desirable values and attitude despite of technological advancements; and
