About Us

CTERTI was created to become a leading knowledge creation center in the Visayas focused on developing learner-centered, theoretically grounded, and research-based teaching technologies and innovations. Further, the center envisions to create learner-centered, theoretically grounded, and research-based teaching technologies and innovations for formal and informal education.

Services

Specifically, the center offers the following services:
  • Promote and strengthen linkage and networking, effective collaboration and sharing of experiences with other State, College and Universities (local and abroad), private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), private and government agencies, non-government organizations, research organizations;
  • Generate grants or funds for research in education and technology;
  • Expand access to research funds and technologies from local, national and international organizations for the implementation of research projects;
  • Increase productivity in quality, ethical, and trans-disciplinal research on teacher education, technology, and innovation; and
  • Capacitate faculty researchers and community partners in technology development for education.
