About Us
The General Services and Support Office (GSSO) is dedicated to the management and maintenance of the university’s physical infrastructure. The office oversees the upkeep of campus buildings, grounds, and utilities, while also managing essential security services and janitorial services to ensure a safe, clean, functional, and secure environment for students, faculty, and staff.
In addition to day-to-day facility upkeep and safety enforcement, the office is committed to sustainability practices, operational efficiency, and responsive service delivery. By integrating comprehensive maintenance, sanitation, and security protocols, the GSO continuously supports the university’s mission of providing a conducive learning and working environment.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Provide guidelines and procedures in preventive and corrective maintenance services in the university.
Ensure that the effective and efficient delivery of services are provided to stakeholders.
Use of Venue, Facilities, and Vehicles
Provide guidelines and procedures in the use of venue, facilities, and vehicles of the university.
Ensure that effective and efficient utilization of venue, facilities, and vehicles are strictly followed by all stakeholders.
Housekeeping Services
Provide guidelines and procedures in housekeeping services of buildings and grounds of the university.
Ensure that the campus buildings, grounds, and facilities are properly cleaned and orderly.
Special Projects
Provide guidelines and procedures in the preparation and implementation of special projects in the university.
Ensure that all special projects comply with safety and building codes, rules and regulations, and university specifications.
