  • Plan, implement, coordinate, supervise and evaluate the work of the various administrative sections (HRMO, Supply and Property Management, Procurement, Physical Plant and Facilities, General Services, Records, MIS, Security, Budget, Accounting, and Cash Management Office)
  • Ensure the implementation of the office policies, rules and regulations per government regulatory standards;
  • Act as member of the Technical Committee by assisting in the supervision/inspection of infrastructure projects;
  • Act as Special Disbursing Officer and Accountable Officer by handling and setting cash advances;
  • Act as chair of Screening Committee for all staff development, hiring and promotions among the administrative personnel;
  • Plan, implement and monitor all administrative and financial activities of the university;
  • Supervise the operations of the LNU House
  • Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the University President
