The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Administration is the Financial Arm of Leyte Normal University responsive to the financial requirements of the institution. Its mission is to formulate a responsive and viable control system of funds that will serve the financial needs and promote growth and development of the University.

The Finance Team of Leyte Normal University is led by the Chief Administrative Officer – Finance. The division delivers high quality financial services through sections, which we call the ABC’s of Finance: Accounting, Budget, and Cashier. The division currently has a staff of 16 employees. Finance staff provide tax and loans remittances, collection and disbursing, accounting, budgeting and financial planning services and student/clientele support in an effective and efficient manner.
