Leyte Normal University and Eastern Visayas State University will host the 2026 Regional Culture and Arts Festival (RCAF) Literary Arts Competitions on March 11, 2026.

As host institutions, LNU and EVSU reaffirm their commitment to promoting culture, creativity, and artistic expression among the youth while strengthening collaboration among higher education institutions in the region.
