TACLOBAN, PHILIPPINES – Leyte Normal University (LNU) Strategic Planning Workshop 2026 at LNU Ballroom Hall.

Leyte Normal University conducted its Strategic Planning Workshop on July 20–24, 2026, at the LNU Ballroom to formulate the University’s strategic directions for 2027–2031. The activity brought together university officials, faculty members, and staff for collaborative discussions aimed at reviewing institutional accomplishments, identifying emerging challenges, and strengthening priorities in instruction, research, extension, governance, and support services.

The workshop focused on developing responsive strategies that promote innovation, sustainability, institutional resilience, and stakeholder engagement. The activity manifests LNU’s commitment to continuous improvement, visionary governance, and the development of globally recognized graduates who contribute to inclusive growth and sustainable development.
