Leyte Normal University (LNU) successfully concluded the 1st President’s Cup 2026, a month-long sportsfest held throughout July that brought together faculty members and administrative personnel in various athletic competitions as part of the University’s commitment to promoting employee wellness and work-life balance.

Faculty members and administrative personnel participated in basketball, volleyball, badminton, pickleball, and table tennis, fostering an active and healthy workplace environment beyond their regular duties.

The successful staging of the inaugural tournament lays the foundation for what is envisioned to become a regular University tradition, reaffirming LNU’s commitment to fostering a workplace culture that values employee well-being, encourages active lifestyles, and supports a productive and resilient academic community.
