Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM)

 

This 4-year degree program alongside Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management related to the fields of hospitality and tourism education that equip students with competencies that are needed to execute operational tasks and management functions in food production (culinary), accommodation, food and beverage service, tourism planning and product development, events planning, transportation services, travel and tour operations and other emerging sectors of hospitality and tourism industry

 

After completion of the program, the graduates can pursue any career in the tourism and hospitality industry (CMO No. 62; s. 2017).

 

Graduates in Tourism Management program are expected to plan, implement, and monitor tours and sales activities; research, plan, and conduct various tour guiding activities; develop appropriate marketing programs and arrange the required travel services; plan, organize implement, and evaluate MICE activities, and plan, develop, and evaluate tourism sites and attractions.

 

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)

Graduates in this Hospitality Management program are expected to produce food products and services complying with enterprise standards; apply management skills in Food and Beverage service and operations; perform and provide full guest cycle services for front office; perform and maintain various housekeeping services for guest and facility operations; plan and implement a risk management program to provide a safe and secure workplace; provide food and beverage service and manage the operation seamlessly based on industry standards.

 

Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BSEntrep)

 

The BS Entrepreneurship is a four-year degree program designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs acquire skills, values and attitudes that will increase their chances of success.

 

After completion of all academic requirements of the program, the graduates of BS Entrepreneurship should be able to set up and manage their own business or work in any organization where entrepreneurial competencies are required. They should also be able to pursue other careers appropriate toa BS Entrepreneurship graduates such as Entrepreneurs, Business Development or Corporate Planning development staff/Assistant, Marketing Assistant or Staff (CMO No. 18, s.2017).
