LNU Bags Awards at the Regional ASEAN Month Celebration

Leyte Normal University garnered awards at the 2023 Regional ASEAN Festival of Talents and Closing Ceremony held on August 30, 2023, at St. Paul School of Professional Studies.

Wivioll Antoinette Teraza, a 4th-year BSED English student, emerged First Place in the Spoken Poetry competition with her coach, Mr. Jufran Agustin.

Meanwhile, the LNU Philharmonics got the Second Place in the Chorale Competition coached by Mr. Nick Macapaz.

Finally, the university received the Best in National Costume Award, where participating Normalistas donned their Timor Leste-inspired attire.

This event is part of the 2023 Regional ASEAN Month Celebration this August 2023.
