Leyte Normal University (LNU) has been awarded the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Bronze Award under the PRIME-HRM Program, conferred by the Civil Service Commission in Cebu City on April 15, 2026.

The recognition signifies LNU’s attainment of PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 2, marking a major milestone in institutionalizing efficient, transparent, and merit-based human resource systems. The award affirms that the University has successfully established documented, approved, and automated processes across the four core pillars: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP), Learning and Development (L&D), Performance Management (PM), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).

This milestone is a product of the collective effort, dedication, and shared vision of the entire LNU community—including administrators, faculty, staff, and stakeholders—working together to uphold the highest standards of public service.
