“Flavors without Borders” Highlights LNU Students’ Culinary and Cultural Excellence

TACLOBAN CITY, PHILIPPINES (May 15, 2026) – Flavors without Borders: A Multicultural Showcase of Creativity, Culture, and Hospitality Excellence held at Leyte Normal University (LNU) Hotel Cresencia Function Hall.

College of Management and Entrepreneurship held “Flavors Without Borders: A Multicultural Culinary Showcase of Creativity, Culture, and Hospitality Excellence” on May 15, 2026, at the Hotel Crescencia Function Hall.

The event served as the final assessment for BS Hospitality Management and BS Tourism Management students, showcasing competencies in culinary arts, food and beverage operations, cultural presentations, event management, and hospitality services. Students presented regional dishes and beverages, highlighting both technical skills and the preservation of cultural heritage.

The activity integrated key disciplines in hospitality and tourism education, including catering management, food styling, supply chain management, multicultural diversity, and quality service management.
