TACLOBAN CITY, PHILIPPINES – Training Workshop on the Preparation of Market Scoping and Project Procurement Development Plan (PPMP) held from September 2-4, 2026 at Leyte Normal University (LNU) Ballroom Hall.

Leyte Normal University successfully conducted its 2026 Annual Procurement Planning Training-Workshop from September 2 to 4 at the LNU Ballroom. The three-day activity equipped administrative and academic end-user units with the skills and technical guidance needed to prepare their Project Procurement Management Plans (PPMPs) for Fiscal Year 2027.

The workshop featured orientation sessions led by resource speaker Mr. Leo Omamalin, budget allocation guidance, and practical PPMP drafting activities, culminating in the presentation of plans by end-user units. The activity reinforced LNU’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public service.
