Leyte Normal University recorded a 100% passing rate in the September 2026 Social Work Licensure Examination (SWLE) held on September 9, 10, and 11, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

The University also produced two topnotchers: Lea Therese Tugonon, who ranked 4th with a rating of 92.60%, and Kurt Russel Doblon, who ranked 10th with a rating of 91.40%.

In addition, LNU ranked first among universities with 10 to 50 examinees.

The 2026 SWLE results likewise recorded 8,383 passers out of 10,991 examinees nationwide, representing a 76.27% overall passing rate. All 43 LNU examinees passed the examination.
