TACLOBAN CITY – Samar State University (SSU) successfully conducted a benchmarking visit to Leyte Normal University (LNU) on October 21–22, 2026, to gain valuable insights into effective income-generating project management, dormitory and employee housing operations, and administrative systems.

The activity provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge, explore innovative practices, and identify strategies that can strengthen SSU’s income-generating initiatives and promote long-term financial sustainability.

Anchored in the principle that “Knowledge is meant to be shared, not gatekept,” the initiative underscores the importance of collaboration, transparency, and learning from one another.
