LNU Hosts Seminar-Writeshop on Environmental Sustainability to Foster Green Innovation
Leyte Normal University hosted a two-day Seminar-Writeshop on UI Greenmetric Ranking on October 21 and 22, 2024, at the university’s Administration Ballroom Hall.
The selected faculty members and staff actively participated, leading to a thorough evaluation and the development of actionable plans to enhance the environmental sustainability practices of the university in line with the UI Greenmetric World University Ranking criteria.
Dr. Joe-An Mae G. Escober, the Director of International Affairs and External Linkages of the Central Philippines State University, the resource speaker, delivered a series of lectures and facilitated the writeshops.
This event demonstrates LNU’s commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and integrating sustainability practices, aiming to contribute positively to combat the adverse effects of climate change.
