Leyte Normal University Promotes Safe Workspaces with Forum on RA 11313
Leyte Normal University (LNU) held a forum on October 25, 2024, at Hotel Cresencia to raise awareness of the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313) and its implications in the workplace. The Gender and Development (GAD) Office organized the event, featuring Atty. Barbette Joanne Badocdoc-Reposar, Chairperson of the GAD Committee at IBP Leyte Chapter, as the resource speaker.
The forum, which faculty and staff attended, centered on promoting respectful and harassment-free workplaces. The speaker delivered an insightful overview of the Safe Spaces Act, emphasizing its role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
