LNU Receives FBSE Academe Partner Award at 2025 Summit
Leyte Normal University (LNU) was recognized with the FBSE Academe Partner Award at the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Summit 2025 held on Monday, July 21, in Muntinlupa City.
The award was given in acknowledgment of the university’s consistent support and commitment to conducting FBSE training for tourism and hospitality students under the 2024 Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Program. The initiative reflects LNU’s contribution to strengthening Filipino hospitality and instilling core service values in future professionals.
The successful implementation of the FBSE trainings was the result of collaborative efforts between the College of Management and Entrepreneurship and the Regional Institute for Tourism and Hospitality Management Studies (RITHMS).
The one-day summit, streamed live via Facebook and Zoom, gathered tourism stakeholders and service excellence advocates to reflect on the FBSE journey and promote the sustainability of its transformative impact.
