ORI Spearheads IP Valuation Workshop 2.0
Leyte Normal University, through its Office of Research and Innovation (ORI), conducted the IP Valuation Workshop 2.0: Technology Readiness Level (TRL) Assessment and IP Valuation held on August 27–29, 2025 at the LNU Admin Building Ballroom. The three-day program gathered faculty, researchers, and innovators to strengthen institutional capacity in intellectual property management and commercialization.
The workshop featured distinguished experts from the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), namely Engr. Michael Viccil B. Junsay and Engr. Aldrex L. Aviso, along with Mr. Romeo Jason L. Padulla from the IP Regional Operations Division. Participants also engaged in group workshops, output presentations, and practical exercises to deepen their understanding of valuing and managing intellectual assets.
