Caraga State University Benchmarks LNU’s Best Practices in General Services and Sustainability
Leyte Normal University (LNU) hosted the General Services Office (GSO) of Caraga State University (CSU) for a benchmarking activity on August 29, 2025. This initiative focused on enhancing institutional efficiency, sustainable campus operations, and environmental stewardship.
The eight-member CSU delegation, headed by Ar. Christian Dwight C. Dolotina, Director of CSU General Services, studied LNU’s best practices in general services management, facilities upkeep, repair and maintenance operations, as well as disaster risk reduction practices, sustainability and green initiatives.
The activity also served as a platform to strengthen professional linkages and foster future collaboration between the two universities in advancing resource management and preventive maintenance strategies.
