LNU Women’s Football Team Bags Second Spot at 1st Pastrana Mayor’s Cap

The Leyte Normal University (LNU) Golden Falcons Women’s Football Team secured second place in the 1st 8-aside Mayor’s Cup Football Tournament held on September 20–21, 2025, at Juan Villablanca Memorial High School in Pastrana, Leyte.

The team was led by Head Coach Victoria Y. Rojas, with Coach Michell T. Acala, and trainers, Alfred Celebrado and Nathalie Calleja. The tournament, organized by the Pastrana Football Club, in partnership with the LGU Pastrana, gathered local and regional teams to showcase talent, sportsmanship, and camaraderie.
