Normalistas Attend Orientation on Research Ethics and LNU-REC Protocols
Leyte Normal University conducted an Orientation on Research Ethics and LNU-REC Protocols on September 17, 2025, at Alba Hall. Dr. Jonas P. Villas, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Innovation, warmly welcomed the participants, while Prof. Christian Abalos, Research Ethics Director, facilitated the orientation.
Underscoring LNU’s commitment to fostering ethical and responsible research, several talks were delivered covering ethical principles, researcher qualities, the informed consent process, and an overview of the ethics review process.
