LNU Forges International Partnership with iSchool Tra Vinh, Vietnam
TACLOBAN CITY, PHILIPPINES (Oct. 14, 2025) — Virtual MOA and MOU Signing Between Leyte Normal University and iSchool Tra Vinh, Vietnam
Leyte Normal University (LNU) expands its international linkages through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with iSchool Tra Vinh, Vietnam, held virtually.
The partnership aims to advance collaboration in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) education and promote cross-cultural exchange between Vietnam and the Philippines.
Representing LNU were Dr. Gil Nicetas B. Villarino, University President, other key officials, and faculty across different departments.
From iSchool Tra Vinh, Ms. Dao Thi Hong Van, Principal, Mr. Kenneth Shane Cuevas, Teacher-in-Charge for Extracurricular Affairs, and Ms. Le Dinh Minh Tam, ESL and International Program Supervisor, expressed their commitment to strengthening cultural and academic exchanges between Vietnam and the Philippines.
This partnership marks another milestone in LNU’s pursuit of global engagement and internationalization of education.
