LNU Education Week 2025 Concludes
The LNU College of Education successfully concluded its annual Education Week program, held under the theme “Champions of Excellence, Stewards of Integrity, Architects of Service.” The week-long celebration featured a series of engaging and meaningful activities that showcased the College’s commitment to academic excellence and service-driven leadership.
Culminating the festivities was the Teaching Advocacy Jingle Contest, held on December 9, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the Obdulla R. Cinco (ORC) Quadrangle.
Spearheaded by Dr. Billy A. Danday, Dean of the College of Education, and supported by the faculty, students, and the entire Education Week 2025 organizing committee, the event highlighted the College’s dedication to fostering collaboration, creativity, and love for teaching.
Three groups—Technologist & Livelihood Educators Guild (TLE Guild), Science Questers Unlimited (SQU), and Math Students’ Society (MSS)—filled the venue with lively and meaningful performances that captured the heart, mission, and impact of the teaching profession. After a spirited showcase of talent and advocacy, TLE Guild emerged as the contest winner.
The successful jingle contest added color and meaning to Education Week 2025, underscoring the powerful role teachers play in shaping lives and building a brighter future. The energy and brilliance displayed by the College of Education this week reaffirm LNU’s role as a leading institution dedicated to shaping the next generation of educators and leaders.
