LNU Garners CSC PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 2 Award in Three Systems
Leyte Normal University (LNU) garners award Re: CSC’s PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 2 (Civil Service Commission’s Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management) along three Human Resource Management (HRM) systems namely: Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Rewards and Recognition.
The award was presented by no less than CSC 08 Regional Director Marilyn E. Taldo and received by the LNU President Evelyn B. Aguirre and the Vice President for Administration and Finance Gil Nicetas B. Villarino together with the Human Resource Management Team of the University composed of: Mrs. Ma. Gina C. Durango, Mr. Cesar B. Blanco, Mrs. Rowena P. Ariza, Mrs. Cathy Lee A. Ponla, Mrs. Sheba D. Bato, Ms. Jhoanna Lyn Kristia G. Ayles, Ms. Glina Rosele B. Garcia, and Mr. Joshua Valentino C. Flores.
The CSC’s Pasidungog Regional Awards Ceremony was held on November 13, 2024, at the Waterfront Hotel, Cebu City.
PRIME HR is a program of the Civil Service Commission to institutionalize meritocracy and excellence in human resource management. Its objective is to elevate the HR public sector to a level of excellence for good governance and efficient public service.
