CHEDRO VIII and LNU Inks MOA for the SIKAP Initiative
Leyte Normal University signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office VIII for the implementation of the Scholarships for Staff and Instructors’ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP) for Academic Year 2025–2026. This was held on September 3, 2025, at the CHEDRO VIII building.
Representing LNU were Vice President for Academic Services, Dr. Lina G. Fabian; Dean of the Graduate School, Dr. Cleofe Lajara; and Associate Dean of the Graduate School, Dr. Jacqueline Espina.
Through this partnership, LNU reaffirms its commitment to advance graduate education by offering graduate programs under the SIKAP initiative, staying true to its mission of nurturing professionals equipped to meet the evolving demands of society.
