Leyte SK Federation Elects Normalista as New President

Hon. Mj Luinly D. Lumen, a third-year BA Communication student of Leyte Normal University (LNU), was elected as SK Provincial Federation President of the Province of Leyte during its provincial election on November 27, 2023.

Hon. Lumen, hailed from Mayorga, Leyte, will serve as an ex-officio member of Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte, representing the youth sector.
